The bikers participating in the 2024 Biking Across Kansas event will arrive in a little over a week! Join us alongside Live Well Atchison County, Inc. downtown on June 15th to welcome them into town! We are looking for locals to line Commercial St. from 2nd to 3rd St. to cheer them on to their final destination on River Rd.
At the end of their journey, the bikers will dip their tires into the Missouri to celebrate their hard-earned achievement. Be there before 9AM, preferably around 8:30AM, to greet the earliest bikers expected around 9:30AM.
The Atchison Bicycle Exchange will also be giving away bikes that day on a first come, first serve basis! To participate in the giveaway, fill out the forms available online at livewellatchison.org or through the Atchison Bicycle Exchange FB page.
